With this original Smart Cartridge for the VanMoof X3, you can replace a defective unit and restore the functionality of your e-bike. These cartridges come directly from the VanMoof bankruptcy inventory.. We have carefully tested each unit to ensure basic functionality.

  • Part number: VM13-207

  • Compatibility: Specially designed for the VanMoof X3 e-bike (EU and UK models).

  • Features: Integrated smart unit (“Smartunit”) including rear light for full e-bike functionality and visibility.

  • Condition & Origin: Tested original goods from the VanMoof insolvency inventory.

 

Return conditions:

  • According to EU Distance Selling Regulations, you can return the Smart Cartridge within 14 days of receipt, provided it is in its original, unused condition and in its original packaging.

  • A return is excludedif the cartridge has been installed, electrically connected, tampered with or damaged.

  • For quality assurance and fraud prevention, the condition of each cartridge is carefully documented before shipping and upon return. Returns of items that are not clearly ours or show signs of use or installation cannot be accepted.
